in the art of self-regulation and how to use your senses for improved well-being.

This module consists of 12 videos, worksheets/handouts, quizzes for mastery, and 12 case studies. Module One Plus also includes two 30-minute live Zoom sessions with a trainer.

    I found the sensory works basic strategies for self regulation not only interesting but entertaining. It provided me useable knowledge and tools that I can immediately use to help with self regulation. In this current stressful time, I use the isometric suggestions daily.     I really enjoyed this online course. All components were well done and easy to follow. The videos, case studies, and worksheets provided a good variety of learning mediums.
